We are using echocardiography (ultrasound) to study the function of the heart in mice, rat and in patients.
We map the chromatin in cells using high throughput sequencing approaches such as ATAC-seq, ChiP-seq and single cell sequencing. We are using CRISPR based functional assays to understand and identify regulatory elements.
